Booking conditions and cancellation policy



I. Introduction

1.1. Cancellation policy relates to cancellation of accommodation reservation services made between ordering party (orderer) and accommodation provider – Penzion v Hluboké, Hluboké 740, 755 01 Vsetín (accommodation provider)  

II. Reservation

2.1. Accommodation provider undertakes to reserve an accommodation for customer on the grounds of order when the accommodation capacity allows it.  Accommodation provider undertakes to confirm the reservation in written form (e-mail, fax, post office services)

2.2. Accommodation provider only accepts orders reservation in written form (e-mail, fax, post office services)

2.3. Electronic confirmation of order is binding to both parties.

2.4. Cancellation of order can only be done in written form (e-mail, fax, post office services)

2.5. The day of cancellation of order is considered the day when the notification of cancellation was delivered to the other party.

III. Cancellation policy

3.1. Accommodation provider is entitled to charge cancellation fees for orders /reservations within further conditions:

a) cancellation of accommodation more than 4 days (included) prior to beginning of accommodation – no fee

b) cancellation of accommodation within 3. – 1. days prior to beginning of accommodation – fee of 100% of total price

c) cancellation of accommodation  in a day of beginning of accommodation – fee of 100% of total price

 3.2. In case when customer fails to begin the accommodation on agreed day, the cancellation fee is 100% of total price of accommodation.

IV. Cancellation fee

4.1. Cancellation fee is calculated from total amount of order.

 4.2. Cancellation fee wil not be charged when the stay will be cancelled by accommodation provider.

V. Final enactment

5.1. Cancellation policy is valid from 22.6.2013 and effective from 1.7.2013

5.2. Cancellation policy remains valid also after termination of contract between accommodation provider and customer.
